Payment policy
We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Cashier check and money orders. After winning our auctions payments must be received within 10 days. Payments can be conveniently made over the phone using a credit card by calling us 408-368-9381 between 10 AM - 6 PM Pacific Time Monday - Friday. If mailing a payment, the check or money order should be placed in the mail within 3 days to ensure receipt of the payment within specified time. When mailing payment, make sure to include a copy of the Checkout Confirmation page. Payment made in US funds. Items for which we do not receive payment within 10 days are not held longer for your order.

Each Order US$100 or over:- 5 % discount plus free insurance
Each Order US$250 or over -10 % discount plus free insurance
Shipping information
We ship worldwide and very fast. We always combine shipping, we charge only $2.00 USD extra per additional item you order within 7 days.
Customers in the US and Canada, if you order more than 5 flower items the cost of Shipping & Handling will be + $1 per item.

Upon receiving your purchase, please do not remove the manufacturer's hang tag
unless you're certain you wish to keep the item(s).
If the item(s) you ordered do not meet your needs or expectations please
notify us immediately and you may return them for a refund. Each item must be
returned in its original condition with the manufacturer's tag still attached.
You will be refunded for the full amount of the item price. We do not chargere-stocking fees.
